Pais offers two ways that your Church can Join the Movement or Adopt the Mission.
If you are a church that has a vision for your youth ministry to effectively equip the young people as missionaries in their community then both strategies will help you.
The benefit to your church of the ‘Adopt the Mission’ strategy, is that it enables you to gain training from Pais in specific areas for your Youth Leader and their team. This strategy allows you to gain resources without fully committing yourself to the full Pais philosophy. It involves a selection of bundled ‘Pais Apps’ that can be combined to provide the right amount of equipping that suits your church’s culture and budget.
It is ideal for a church that has a competent Youth Leader but wants to simply give them specific training in order to create a youth culture that promotes the Pais distinctives in the three areas of Mission, Discipleship and Study.
Those who ‘Adopt the Movement’ are gaining resources without fully entering into a partnership with Pais.

This involves one-to-one mentoring from an experienced Pais Director including bi-monthly Skype conference calls.

This app allows the recipient to attend all three major Pais Project Conferences plus the backstage exclusive THR33 Sessions. That is over four weeks of full-time seminary style training.
Free License to Livewire;A weekly interactive video training series. Access includes both weekly updated videos plus the huge catalogue of over 100 archive training videos. The license also allows them to use these video sessions with their team.Ten Pais Books;
These cover subjects such as Vision and Character of people in ministry.Access to Ministry Outlines and Ideas;
Pais regularly produces lesson and ministry outlines. These can be downloaded by the recipient for free.
