Vision of Pais:USA
2003 saw the beginning of Pais:USA. We started out with 1 team, but have now grown to be in 5 locations with the potential in 2009/10 to have 11 teams! Pais:USA is all about apprentices being missionaries to schools and making missionaries of students they're working alongside in churches.
We're looking for applicants who are passionate about young people & want to impact this generation. We're missionaries making missionaries! For more information check out this video. |

History of Pais:USA |
|
 |
Pais:USA represents the first successful roleout of the PAIS model of ministry outside of Europe. Working with true pioneers in both the church and school communities, a successful model was discovered. This model allows both respect and adherence to the laws regulating ministries on public campuses and the opportunity to achieve authentic relationships with students. After three years of fine tuning the model in our East-Texas birthplace, we launched teams in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. |
In August 2007, the first full Pais:Hub was formed in DFW and meets with over 1000 students each week! The team helped re- purpose a struggling youth ministry, which is now flourishing and reaching out into the local community. They have begun to implement various parts of Pais' M4 program, an intentional way of raising student leaders. Click here to find out more about M4 |

This year two teams have been working in 9 schools and several communities across the metroplex, impacting thousands of students each week. Imagine the difference a whole new team could make! There are still spaces available for our August 10 intake - Apply Now! |

Opportunities |
|
 |
The past year has seen the establishment of Pais in Colorado. The team has seen some significant opportunities develop, so much so that in 2009/2010 we placed a second team in the Steamboat Springs area. The schools and churches we have been partnering with have seen great encouragements, and because of this we have been able to expand and are looking into more teams for 2010/2011! |

All this while being based at a local church, commited to the local youth work program. If you have a gift for administration this might be just what God is calling you to! |
