| | Vision of Pais:Ghana Many students in Ghana believe in God and have a hunger for him, but we are working to see them not only in church but who will rise up to meet the terrible needs of Africa. We want to raise up leaders who have the confidence and the boldness to stand on their faith. We believe that the future of Ghana and the continent of Africa at large, depends on our youth. By inspiring them to refocus their priorities on the Kingdom, Ghana and Africa can look to a brighter future! | |

History of Pais:Ghana |
|
 | In July of 2006, a representative of the Pais Project visited Royalhouse Chapel International in Accra, Ghana on a missionary trip. Here he met Mawunyo, a young lady working for the church and told her about the Pais Project and its vision. She realized the vision of Pais was also her passion and dream. Her passion was for counseling young people in the way of God and discipling them. She also had a passion for reaching out to the poor and hurting. So in October 2006, she joined Pais:GB where she served on the Gateshead team. She then continued on to |
Pais:USA, where she trained under founding director Paul Gibbs for a year before returning to Ghana in August 2008 to lead the first ever Pais team in Africa.
In August 2010, Pais Ghana will be doubling in size from 2 teams to 4! There are still places left on these teams, so be sure to apply right away. |

Opportunities |
|
 | Accra - Join Pais:Ghana in a region that is really taking off fast and where schools are very open to Christian input! Teams are already working with Royalhouse Chapel; one of the largest churches in Accra and our partnership with them will be strengthened with more teams this coming year. Ho Nyiveh - We are looking to launch a pioneering team that will go beyond the city of Accra, working in the small rural villages of the Volta Region. More information about this exciting opportunity will be coming soon! |
 | A New kind of Youth - Be a part of taking youth groups to a new level in Africa as the teams continue to make healthy adjustments in the youth group by creating small groups which will meet on a mid-weekly basis with the Pais interns. Missions - Be a part of short-term missions to nearby villages and orphanages where our teams will take part in various outreaches to children and young people! |

Courses |
|
| Metro:track is where several Pais team members will work together in the same church. These teams are usually based at larger churches, where interns work to see big change on a big scale. This will be the only course available during our first year in Ghana. |
