There are two main ways you can come to work and train with Pais:
Apprenticeships
Our courses run from anything from 1-year onwards, and provide training in all aspects of youth and schools ministry with a special emphasis on our three distinctives. Opportunities can be taken up in various parts of the world and all the apprenticeships are free. Your training and accommodation is provided by us. [Read More]
Staff
Some of our nations have staff positions either as a national director, or any of our five specialist directorship roles. These are Training, Media, Personnel, Communication, and Finance Directors. All require some understanding of Pais and ideally experience in our three distinctives. Positions when available are advertised on our staff position page. [Read more]
The Pais Project offers churches and their leaders various benefits.
Team
Individuals or teams of full-time youth and schools workers who assist for a year. These apprentices go into local schools to serve them and they join in the youth program of the church with the aim of making missionaries of the young people.
Support
Pais offers a full training and management program to the churches. In doing so, we fully take care of these teams and help liaise with the church leadership in order that the team fulfills the vision of the church as well as that of Pais.
Cost
Pais raises finances to run the teams and the churches give a donation per apprentice.
Request a Church Pack
Pais joins with churches in order to serve local schools and to empower the young people of the church.
In order to do this, churches provide host families who accommodate the members in the team. Therefore those chosen to do this can join the Pais movement and access some of our resources.
We would love every host to feel they are part of us as their contribution is invaluable to the cause.
