Pais offers two ways that Your Church can Join the Movement or Adopt the Mission.

If you are a church that has a vision for your youth ministry to effectively equip the young people as missionaries in their community then both strategies will help you.

The benefit to your church of the ‘Join the Movement’ Strategy is that it enables you to provide a bespoke program for your Youth Leader and their Team. It involves ongoing resources, on site and in-situ training courses and one to one coaching.

It is ideal for a church that has a competent Youth Leader but wants to give them training in Pais Youth Ministry and also a Coaching relationship with Pais.

Those who ‘Join the Movement’ are not simply gaining resources but are entering into an intentional mentoring relationship with Pais.
