What We Offer

Randy Frazee
Pais is the only organization of its kind. It recruits and mentors passionate young people to serve the community, to work through the church and to bring the presence of Christ into our public schools.I can’t think of a time in history where this kind of work is more needed. I tip my hat to Pais and the entire worldwide team for blazing the trail.

The Pais Project offers apprenticeships to young adults aged 18 and older. The apprenticeship includes free accommodation and training. Applicants are required to go through an extensive interview procedure and if successful are offered a position in the nation of their choosing. Most apprentices who complete the course tend to become more confident, have greater communication skills and a more defined self-awareness.It must be noted that the emphasis of the training is actually on what they can do for offers, as opposed to what the course can do for them. But as they say in Arabia ‘to teach is to learn twice’.Go to Parents stories
