THR33

Thr33 is the Pais Project’s intentional leadership training. It equips apprentices with a great understanding of leadership principles and how to practically work them out. Those who remain on Thr33 and complete it satisfactorily will have opportunity to pursue a Pais position with a church during their third year.

Thr33 is split into three years of training. Each year contains over 30 videos that take the apprentice deeper into principles taught during training conferences on Pais. These videos are provided weekly, with conversations taking place between apprentices all over the world. Every eight weeks there is a short exam and assessment of how the apprentices are developing.

Year 1 covers personal development principles. Apprentices learn how to deal with conflict, present themselves professionally and recognize the Holy Spirit’s voice. Later in the year they will study networking and have the opportunity to ask any questions that may not have yet been answered during the year.
Year 2 focuses on leadership development. Thr33 students will learn how to delegate effectively, while understanding principles for growing a team. They will be taught how to manage time effectively and develop those working for them. At the end of year 2 an apprentice should have the necessary knowledge to continue developing teams wherever their ministry takes them.
Year 3 is all about vision and pioneering. Taking John Maxwells principles and combining them with an understanding of how to teach yourself, the Thr33 apprentice is prepared for long term organizational leadership.
